I'm lucky that our supermarket brings you in via the produce aisle where I nearly fill the cart. Well, until the frost pushed the prices through the stratosphere! I avoid almost anything that has corn syrup in it - except Yoplait non-fat yogurt to which I am addicted. Although I use Dannon fit'n'light yogurt too. Lots of flank steak. We'd eat sea food but have to be careful of the mercury in the big fish. Wish I lived in Pascagoula again where shrimp were easy to get and YUMMY. I think most of our shrimp these days comes from Vietnam. (seriously). I admit to using breakfast cereal (raisin bran & cheerios as a late-night snack).
