My adapter is actually marked 16464K. My 65mm/3.5 and 135mm/4 Tele-Elmar (M mount) fit this adapter. My 13.5cm/4.5 Hektor (LTM) does not fit this adapter. That's all you should be concerned with for now. KEH has the OTZFO (16464), 3 of them, from $79 for EX to $126 EX with box. I never buy from E-bay so I don't know what you'll find there.
