Not only Leica Manual Focus glass - Contax/Yashica mount (both Zeisss 
and Yashica) , Rollei  bayonet, M42, anything with the right Tamron 
Adaptall EOS adapter, Exakta/Topcon (for close ups only), Nikon and a 
couple of other brands too. Not to mention some excellent AF glass from 
Canon, Tokina , Sigma etc.

Noise levels are proverbially low with the Canon sensor at high ISO 
values. Canon did produce some 20D bodies for astronomy without the 
sensor filter too
