I don't get it. I guess this is someone slightly famous maybe? Probably an 
old picture, I suppose.
Is that a surgery scar or a perfect candidate for the spot healing tool? It 
all seems awfully gritty. Walt, were you having a
testosterone moment when you posted ;-) I don't see any Santa hat or magenta 
cast to make in On Topic!
