Marc, I knew you would have the answer. I can see that it might have created 
an instant collectible. I was of course, being
irreverent. Still my vision of the mutated SL2 was far more interesting than 
your prosaic explanation ;-)

Well, it's ACTUALLY a "suppressed nipple SL2 
brochure".  The SL2 brochure released in Europe 
included a picture of a female pianist who was, 
well, indiscreet in her pose, and her nipple 
could be seen.  The Ernst Leitz New York guys 
went ballistic when they saw this and it was 
immediately withdrawn.  Most of the 
English-language brochures for the US market were 
destroyed but a friend managed to save a couple, and that's what I've got.

I understand that the English-language UK and 
Commonwealth brochures included the Braless 
Musician, so you probably have seen the 
publication in question.  But it is rare in the US printing.
