You must be doing the training thing around the same time as us. I'm still
recovering from yesterdays flogging, but as I said when we met, and
continue to say, keeping both the mind and the body active keeps the blues
away. Keep it up. I hope we can get back to Vancouver when you are lifting
350 ;-)
