KEH is my #1 place for used gear. If they say EX+ what you get is  
probably mint. Last month I ordered a 35mm E Nikkor, rated bargain  
for $59. I couldn't believe what I got. It appeared as new. I think  
it was rated BGN because it had no caps. I have a shipment of viso  
adapters coming in Monday. Their prices are very fair as well.
