I hope you're right Didier! I'd sure hate to give up olive oil.

Three times a week or so I take my medicine: a portion of fatty fish, 
salmon, sardines, kippers, whatever is in season.

Now if I can just keep the stress out of my life, ... I should be set. 
That's getting easier every day.
