I didn't notice olive oil on the menu. I did read three kinds of cheese!
LAS regrettably is incurable by diet.

Olive oil has no cholesterol (as it's vegetable), but a lot of healthy 
unsaturated fatty acid. You can't go wrong with a daily
portion of it, plus a glass of red whine! This will prevent almost any 
disease, except EGS ("Eerie Gearlust Syndrome").
