Personally I use C41 chromogenics; have them developed and the negs scanned as high res TIFFs and put on a CD by my local dev shop (as positives). 36 exposures in typically 1 pretty full CD. I don't produce prints, only index images. I use PS to make whatever adjustments I want to produce my basic TIFF, which I save and which is my "working positive"; from there it is a matter of using various tools to do things that I might well have done in a wet darkroom. This gives me a series of TIFFs and finally JPEGs for priniting or putting up on the LUG. Peter Dzwig Philippe Orlent wrote: > Looks a fine worklflow to me.
