A report today by Andrea Koppel reported that help was being sent by the US allies and neighbours. After a week they recognized that Canada has sent aid including 4 ships(3 frigates and 1 coast guard) to New Orleans. They even recognized their other neighbour Mexico as well as countries like Britain and Germany.
