Subject: [Leica] Photojournalists and permission

Who suggested trespassing to take photos? Of course you can't use photos
you take in a private place without permission. But no one was talking
about that. We're talking about photographing in public.

well, yes, but getting into a private place taking -and using- pics 
without permission is the straightest way to be sued I know.

I meant that I dont care when I see a picture if they're posing or not. 
At least while the picture dont claim to be a "real thing".
