As someone who has dealt quite a lot with both, I would agree with that 
assessment. My experience (and our company has done low six figures 
business with B&H in some recent years) is that B&H will often not 
"volunteer" to do the right thing if there is a problem. But in the end, 
they always *do* the right thing, even though it sometimes requires some 
phone calls and mild persuasion. :-). I chalk this up to the fact that 
they are a really large operation rather than to any intentional 
malevolence.
