I see there have been a lot of responses on this topic already.

FWIW, I've done quite a bit of business with Delta and have found them 
to be extremely reliable and forthright. Check out their rating on 
www.photo.net. As others have pointed out, it is a small company that 
deals in grey market only and bundles a third party (Mack) warranty. I 
have found them to be about the lowest price around for new Leica stuff.

I personally think the Passport warranty is worth the differential for a 
new Leica body, but I'll usually go with Delta if I'm buying a new lens 
or things like the SF20, Leica loupe, Leica filters, etc.

If you deal with them, talk to Betty who is terrific. I think you'll 
find that Delta's customer service is as good or better than B&H in the 
event you need to return something defective out of the box. This is 
actually not one of B&H's strongest areas, in my experience.
