Simon,

I have three M6 cameras from '85 and have worked them hard on assignments
at different pocations around the world and up until two weeks ago none of
them had any servicing of any kind.

A small ratchette (?) in the winder mechanism finally became worn and was
replaced and they are all back to working condition.

I guess if the price is right go for it! Run a coupl of rolls through the
body and if they look good, it's yours.

Others will have different opinions.
