Subject: [Leica] Testing macro lenses - thoughts on methodology ?

Take photographs of real world subjects - we do not hang up photographs of
brick walls as a matter of habit. Print them to whatever size you desire.
See if you can discern any differences. Discard those not up to your
personal taste. You have the winners.

My guess would be that you will not be able to differentiate between them,
including the Iphone, up to A3 size, at normal viewing distances (pixel
peeping is another matter altogether, but it serves no purpose, and is a
waste of time). If you normally print that size or less, you can use
anything you like.

If you do not print at all and only post online, or take only small/medium
JPEGs, why are you wasting money on camera equipment?
