[Leica] Dropping ties

I'm guessing he's walking the tracks on the load of ties.  I think like Jim
that the weight would squash the sides of the cars.

They do the same thing unloading ballast stone near here.  i saw him
climbing the rig onto the train once. THAT was a magic man.
