I use LR almost exclusively.  Occasionally, I go to PS to use Focus Magic
or something that doesn't work through LR, but it's LR only usually.  I
have 2 LR catalogues - Archive has 1,490,029 photos and Current has 225,636
photos.  There is no way I would ever switch cataloguing programs.  I have
too much time invested in Adobe products and I think they are a bargain for
what they do.  Your mileage may vary, though!!
