Sorry about that, Brian.? They are here in my yard year-round. But. 
since Stanford's mascot is a tree, I? guess the birds may not be as 
plentiful out there.

Mine appear to be indicating to me me that my sunflower seeds are not as 
fresh as they would prefer.
