Tom and I are now on a whole foods plant-based diet which is guaranteed to
extend your life!!  Not really.  We are both doing much better, though.
 Tom's afib and heart failure are gone.  He is off of all of his meds
except one.

I'm hoping that will extend our lives at least 10 more years!

I hope you all stick around, too, to celebrate Ted's 100th birthday!
