The parents can choose to download small or medium-sized jpegs, too, if all they want is a download. I also use PhotoShelter as storage so I want the best possible files stored there as a back-up for my external hard drives. BD's was a long time ago and I was overwhelmed, too!! Maybe we'll run across each other in our world travels! Thanks!
