I believe it to be? a Singer Nine, as you suggested, to which the owner has added a few bells and whistles to suit his own taste.? It appears that Cadillac emblems have been added to the boot, a winged ornament added to the bonnet, and custom skirts have been added to the rear fenders.? But the basic Singer lines are still there.? With British plates, it was apparently touring Southern Ohio at the same time I was, in 1952.
