Interesting move by Leica, and I would take one as a present. However,
I'll stick with my principal watch? - a Rolex GMT Master ll - for every
day, bar when I go for my daily sea swim, as I wear my cheap ?6.99?
watch which I got in the Lidl supermarket. It keeps going despite being
dunked in the Irish Sea in all conditions. Today, I cycled down to
Seapoint to discover the lifeguards had put up the red flags meaning no
swimming, but, as I swim in much worse conditions over the winter when
there are no lifeguards around, I went in. My Lidl watch was still
working when I got out.
