Interesting documentation, Douglas. Since I see little benefit to Putin of 
either outcome, I suppose the generous funding for the NO campaign must have 
come from the evangelicals across the Atlantic?after all, Americans are used 
to funding Irish causes of various types, some quite unsavoury (I am 
thinking of all the funding for the IRA from Boston and environs).
