Seriously, you should learn to completely disregard those whose major trip in life is to stand on the sidelines and snipe, without ever shouldering any responsibility. It is easy to keep grumbling at others, far more difficult to execute well, as you have undoubtedly done. A corollary is that whenever we do take on public responsibility, we should also acquire a thick mental skin simultaneously!
