Please go here. <http://www.gg.ca> www.gg.ca. When I lived in Ottawa many years ago I had news assignments to attend this very special event and photograph recipients receiving their award. Now I've come full circle to recipient and someone will be photographing me. J Now let me tell you, this is one tough call for the "old emotional jerk" to cope with! I have no idea how I'll do on 12 February 2016? Certainly standing before the Governor General receiving this incredible honour bestowed on me. Oh I'll cry that's a given so I'll have a few hankies in my pockets to help me cope! J This is the second highest award a citizen of Canada can receive in recognition of service to their country and career. As I type this I've already had two e-mails from media sources and waiting for a live radio interview with the CBC, Canada's national radio service. I realise many of you have no idea how important this event is?
