Hi Tina, thank you for your comment. First, anyone who wants to swap or
send an additional photo, please feel free.

The image size will be maximized. For caption, my plan is to put the short
caption/title (e.g. "Snow Fall") under and the full attribution on a back
page. One or two people have specified that they want full bleed on an
image or two, so those will be honored, as with any other placement
requests.

There is one panoramic image (not mine :-) ) that I have decided to put as
the center, taking two pages. Otherwise, I do not feel we can appreciate
the power of that image. Once I start making decision like that, it just
seems natural to follow to the more logical conclusion.
