To get a hot item at KEH you need to check our website typically around 8am EST when new items are scanned into the warehouse available stock. Another way is to contact one of the salespeople and make them aware of your friends interest; items come in and are inspected for a period of time before they are made available for sale so a motivated salesperson can be very helpful.
