No.  They have a return policy and they stick by it, whether you are
ordering online or by telephone.

I've had several telephone conversations over the years with B&H sales reps
where this has been discussed....I remember it particularly in the context
of camera bags but it has always been the same:  If you don't like it, send
it back with all the original wrappings etc and we'll refund your money.

If you are nervous call rather than ordering online and discuss it with the
rep to be comfortable.
