For those who know how INTERPOL works, this systhem is not open to outsiders. It's only a secured and certified communication facility between police services and justice departments of several countries who agree to work together on certain subjects. If it's an international problem you have to go to your local police autority to file a complaint. If necessary they will contact their collegues in the other country, and only if that other country undersigned the INTERPOL convention. Such experiences are painfull indeed.
