My repairman has told me that there are no more mainsprings for C lenses,
so good to go with a CF, but he expects an aftermarket replacement to come.
Meanwhile, he harvests them from otherwise dead C lenses.

There is no SW ;-)

Do you mean an earlier SWC with the original viewfinder?

The difference between an SWC and SWC/M is a spacer on the tripod mount to
allow a polaroid back to be fitted.
There are chrome lens, chrome T* and black T* in C lens depending on age (I
found the black T* best).
There are also CF lens version with that viewfinder

The 903 and 905 have the newer viewfinder

I didn't pay that much attention to the lens, but I guess it's probably a
Super Wide (SW) rather than the original Supreme Wide Angle (SWA)
