Hi Sonny,

Looking at the negatives that I received, the exposure seems to be about 
normal.  I will take a look at underexposure and see how it turns out.

Here is my equivalent of your little cowboy photo, though I believe mine was 
Leica with flash on Kodachrome.  He is now 56.
