No, not KSP. At least this dealer is trying to make it right, though the
last email, where they told me what they were going to do, was a bit terse.
But at least they are doing the right thing.
I've posted the image I sent them to prove back focus. Taken on a tripod
with a leveled M and sensor plane parallel to the counter top. Focus was on
the right hand, middle row, white button:

Looks like about 13 - 15cm back focus to me...
