Best horsetail falls shot I have seen this year is on Michael Frye's blog.

I was all set to make the trip down to see it this year, but decided it was 
not worth the trip just for that.  Will be there this spring and probably 
fall, if it is not all dried up by then.  Might have one record year after 
another for precip, on the opposite ends of the spectrum.
