Actually your monitor can't resolve the high resolution photos.

Here are all the photos from the Nikon Japan site.

If you really want to see the full resolution, copy the full sized  
photo to your desktop and then view it at a 100% crop. Look at the  
3rd photo from the bottom at the pile of brown moss at the bottom of  
the tree. That's resolution.
