[Leica] Strange law in Quebec

I don't usually get into anything Quebec simply because it's usally "BULL 
SH...T  nonsense!"

Of course you are reading a comment by an "ENGLISH SPEAKING CANADIAN!" 
Moi!

Quebec is a part of Canada that without being a Province of CANADA........ 
would be a nothing part of the world.

Pet acknowledgement? Like get over it, as there are far more important 
things in the world to be concerned about! A "PET RELEASE?" Get real! Only 
in Quebec! :-)
