That's the problem with electronic stuff - it may be as simple as a 50 cent component that is out of spec, but mostly likely they will replace the whole circuit board, and this charging big $$$. A possibility is that your locale is moist and humid, if I remember correctly, so may be something is corroded. You can certainly get a quote from other people, but unless someone is really good with the circuitry, you may not have a choice. That's a big bummer. Sorry to hear that. Most M7s are fine though, AFAIK, so unfortunately you may just be very unlucky.
