Agreed

so I'd say it is back to the first one, and locally get the real  
lady's hand (only) just a tiny bit lighter and more contrasty

for me the photo is clearly about profiles and hands - ombres  
chinoises for the left part

I supppose understanding spanish also gives it yet another level
