[Leica] M9 questions

Someone covered the lens detection manual setting. Re the bracketed shots
looking the same, firstly I suggest double chacking the camera settings then
in Lightroom, confirm that you have 'apply auto tone adjustments UNCHECKED
in the Preferences>Presets option.
