Even when just going out for a walk with an M8 or G1 I take another camera of the same type and put it in the car and also put a point and shoot in my pocket. When I go out in my Subaru, the contents is usually a lot more valuable than the car. Just like after seeing a number of hard drive crashes, I backup my photos to 4 different places. :-) You can never back up enough.
