I think it's one of the best carry telephotos I've ever used, although I don't have the Leica 180 Doug mentioned but I'll bet anything it's a lot heavier than the Nikkor. And yes I use it mostly on the Telyt shoulder stock. Makes for MUCH steadier shooting IMHO. Have fun!
