Which starred the (also) great Darren McGavin as Shepherd's "Old Man". And, of course, as Ric hints, the fear that the boy will 'put his eye out' is the central conceit of the plot. Instantly recognizable. Highly desirable. But I'd rather have an M-9 with the 35mm and 75mm Summicrons. I'll add 21, 50 and 90mm lenses later. I'm going to be a groomsman in October.
