I have just caught up with the mails after returning from my jungle safari
with Howard.

I used his GF-1 on the trip, and to my mind it is a terrific camera, and
that 20mm f1.7 lens is superb. My only negative is the crummy EVF - I am
going to buy the GF-2 (with a higher resolution EVF) as soon as it is
available here to use my Leica M lenses on - it seems the perfect vehicle to
do so at its price point.

BTW, it was enough camera/lens combo to photograph some tigers - so you can
guess how close they were!

Cheers
Jayanand
