Is this the Leica Users Group or what???

Leitz Wetzlar made left-handed release accessories (fit into the accessory
shoe) for LTM and later for M cameras, for exactly those photographers
without right-hand use.

Someone (in I believe Mexico) was replicating these a few years ago.

Add an electric winder and use hyperfocal.
