I was on a flight on Singapore Airlines a number of years ago..... Just
before takeoff, a Stewardess walked through the cabin with an aerosol can
that she was spraying through the air.... it was a germ killing
chemical..... or so she told me......

I think you'll be fine. Worry more about airborne diseases on long flights
