Your points are well met.

I don't entirely disagree but then this has morphed into a classic OT 
exchange.

Please accept my high regard  for your appreciation and scope of knowledge 
about Jazz.

For my own part, I'm still learning after being introduced to Jazz by my 
father, a Piano Man back in 1947.

Perhaps time and circumstance may someday allow us to go over this in person.
