Howard, Spencer has pointed out the different grades of Loctite for you. In
my opinion you should be very cautious about using it on very fine sized
bolts in your lens mounts. It can be done but be aware of the pitfalls. Use
VERY small amounts of the correct grade. Incorrect tool choice or
application can easily cause the screws to shear as well and you are adding
to the required force. Invest in some good instrument screw drivers as well.
Actually you can entertain yourself for hours browsing and shopping on the
specialist sites that sell such tools.

Not meant to scare you, very likely you won't have any problems. I've
disassembled the M mounts from several Zeiss (Cosina) lenses and they are
fitted with thread lock and are removable with care. Dependant on the
fasteners' locations you may want to consider locking them externally with a
tiny drop of lacquer (like the suggested nail polish) instead. That has the
advantages of being more readily removable as well as acting as a teltale
for any fastener displacement. Plus if you choose the right colour it can
complement the sparkle in your eyes.
 Cheers
