Lovely - and a beautiful place to have a villa.

The bird is a male eclectus parrot - their range extends into Northern
Australia. There is a pet one at the St Hallett winery in the Barossa
Valley with whom I have had a conversation or two over the last few
years.

The monkey is a crab-eating macaque. Nasty when habituated to humans,
as you say, and a common carrier of a long list of zoonotic diseases.
There is a less common, exquisite monkey that occurs in Bali, the
silvery lutung. It's worth going to the Bale Barat National Park just
to see them.
