Subject: [Leica] My last pictures of 2009... beaming kid.

I nipped into the neighborhood caf?, dubbed "the WAREHOUSE" after
the warehouse-loft district in which it's situated, for their
early-New-Years festivity for locals (timed to allow people to head on
to other parties later). I grabbed some pictures I like with the newish
M9, and have to say -- although it's a completely unfair comparison, the
earlier event in the same venue having sported far dimmer light -- that
it continues to seem noticeably easier to get technically-okay photos in
natural light with this newfangled M9 beast than with the good ol' M8.

I'll provide a link to a particular frame (a beaming boy, with an
expression and setup and positivism which somehow strike me as kind of
FOMish, although I may be misremembering). If you want to have a look at
the rest of the gallery, how to navigate should be clear enough. I
think the 6th and maybe 8th picture in there are worth having a peek at,
as well.

Technical data can be dredged up if wanted, as well. Most of these shot
at ISO 1250, which seems a useful working speed for this camera.
