No idea--you'll have to go to www.blurb.com for details.
I can tell you that the book is standard format, landscape orientation (just
as with all the previous issues.)

The image must be a jpg of at least one meg in order to reproduce (according
to the little icons that blurb.com uses if the image is too small for
reproduction).
